You have probably already seen them everywhere: the jars of the Conserverie St Christophe d’Argoules. Created in 1990 in the Baie de Somme, the cannery specializes in canned meat, poultry, game, fish and condiments.
This year, in the “Terre et Foie Gras” category, the “Terrine de Boeuf Highland du Marquenterre au Whiskey Picard” obtains the 2022 silver EPICURE prize.
