Russian cyberattacks singled out

American aid, for its part, is blocked by supporters of Donald Trump, the majority in the American Congress. On Sunday February 25, the Ukrainian president reiterated that Ukraine will not win without Western aid. The meeting will begin with a videoconference intervention by Volodymyr Zelensky. This meeting should also be an opportunity for heads of state to discuss increasingly aggressive Russian cyberattacks, which represent a growing risk for Europe, according to the French presidency.
