The new 6,000 square foot space, which will accommodate more than 300 people, will be unveiled in mid-April. It was designed by Atelier Zébulon Perron and inspired by the elegance of great New York restaurants of the 1960s, with, among other things, a sculptural ceiling that promises to be a real eye-catcher.
Executive chef S’Arto Chartier-Otis revisits the menu with dishes that breathe new life into brasserie classics.
The old premises with a view remain open until the inauguration of the new address. Afterwards, it will be taken over and transformed by the team of the superb Hiatus (46e floor of Place Ville Marie), which will make it a restaurant run by chef Gary Durand, former sous chef at Maison Boulud.
