While waiting for the resumption of sports activities, skiers and snowboarders in the city can indulge in their favorite sport at the Olympic Park.
The Dylan Ojo Foundation has set up a snow park here where young and old can enjoy the joys of winter.
The organizers also said they were surprised by the response from winter sports enthusiasts.
“We have seen great interest from the start. The people are there. At the first storm, there were lots of young people,” Vans Canada marketing director Alex Auchu told TVA Nouvelles.
The latter adds that the initiative was little publicized, even kept secret for a while.
“When they see that, with the quality of the infrastructure, I think people are very surprised,” also mentions Alex Auchu.
The facilities should remain open until the end of March, weather permitting.
