Launched in April 2021 and broadcast on Amazon Prime Video, the show “LOL, who laughs, comes out” is a real success. The principle is simple: several personalities, usually comedians and comedians, are gathered in the living room of a large house and have the mission not to laugh. Of course, the complexity lies in the fact that they try to make each other laugh with jokes, sketches and hilarious interventions, all for several hours.
Last April, just after the broadcast of the third season which had again been a ratings success and which was won by Pierre Niney, comedian Blanche Gardin took the floor on her Facebook page to explain that she had refused a check for €200,000 from the production and therefore declined the invitation to participate in the program. Enough to throw stones at the many personalities who participated but enough to shock the charities involved since each personality first tries to win the game in favor of a charitable association.
This revelation had such an impact that the future of the show was threatened for a short time: “There is a real before/after Blanche Gardin. The discussions until then revolved around the casting. Today, this declaration makes all future participants hesitate. And the following question really arises in the meeting: are we sure to do it this season 4? told us a member of the production, exclusively before adding: “The stars do not want to get wet. The agents make them reconsider their decisions, afraid of what this could lead to if the system remains the same…”.
