A new complaint was filed against PPDA on Wednesday. A woman whose testimony is broadcast this Thursday evening in the magazine Further Investigation on France 2 denounces a rape and an attempted rape on the premises of TF1 in 1995. Aged 24 at the material time, this young journalist was employed in the editorial staff of TF1 when she explains that she was raped in the reporter’s office.

Patrick Poivre d’Arvor’s lawyer claims not to have been aware of this complaint.
17 complaints in total and 2 legal proceedings for rape
To date, 17 complaints have been filed against Patrick Poivre d’Arvor, including 7 for rape and the former star presenter of TF1 is currently targeted by two rape proceedings. A first investigation had been dismissed last summer for prescription and insufficient evidence.
For its part, PPDA has counter-attacked in the cases of sexual violence that target it. He has filed a complaint this Wednesday for slanderous denunciations against 16 women who brought charges against him. The collective formed by several complainants denounces on Twitter “outrageous statement“.
