The Montreal band Avec pas d’casque begins its return after eight years with the announcement of the release of its next album in September and a tour throughout Quebec starting in August.
Even if each member has not lacked projects in recent years, the folk rock quartet has been discreet since the release, in 2016, of its album Special effects. A tour followed at the time, a few rare shows were given here and there in the last few, but it had been a long time since the band’s admirers had heard new material from Avec pas d’helmet.
It shouldn’t be long since Stéphane Lafleur, Joël Vaudreuil, Nicolas Moussette and Mathieu Charbonneau are officially back in the studio to concoct new songs, which they will present live in addition to their classics from the last 20 years.
