“The grass is dry in summer, green again in spring and autumn, which allows us to save water, time and services”, details the assistant in charge of the living environment. Water savings are essential, because the water table is in water deficit, especially in summer, when the population of Portiragnes goes from 3,000 to 30,000 souls.
