In the Aisne, a motorhome regularly travels to around thirty isolated towns. Their inhabitants can carry out all their formalities there.

From early morning, between Cambrai (North) and Amiens (Somme), a motorhome criss-crosses the department of Aisne to meet the inhabitants of the most isolated villages. On board, two advisers who bring the public administration to the door of your home. Victoria Fromont, France Services agent, explains: “Here, we are in a very rural area, most people are not transported or cannot move around.” The first stop is in Hargicourt (Aisne) and for the first meeting of the day, a point on retirement, the big question of the moment, is proposed.

120 buses across the country

In the motorhome, we come for all kinds of requests: for taxes, CAF or even housing aid. The users are mostly retirees for whom computers remain a mystery. Impossible for them to constitute a file. But here there is a solution for every problem. In these small villages, there are no more shops or public services. Thus, it is very difficult to mount certain files, in particular that of “MaPrimeRénov'”. In France, 120 buses crisscross the entire national territory.
