After a first eponymous disc whose compositions, poetic and realistic crossings bit the public with great blows of canines, the Bordeaux group Télégram returns in 2021 with its new album: “Le long des méridiens”
Laurent Kebous, Chloé Legrand, Vincent Serrano, Hugo Raducanu and Julien Perugini explore new areaswith 12 songs with rock, hip-hop, blues or trip hop accents, magnified by instruments (n’goni, bubul tarang, hulusi, oud…) from all latitudes.
“La nuit” was the first title unveiled.
This album takes us from the first listen to other possibilities, with its poetic truth and disturbing predictions. A very personal version of “La Chanson de Prévert”, by Serge Gainsbourg, summons our memories to the stretched canvas of time.
