a member of the group fired from his job at the SNCF… after his appearance in “Touche pas à mon poste”

After being at the height of fame in the early 2000s, the members of the Tragédie group have fallen back into anonymity. Tizy Bone, Silky Shaï and AZ in fact practice “ordinary” jobs today, they who once performed shows, concerts and collected musical awards.

But that doesn’t stop them from returning to the stage as soon as they are called upon. In June 2017, they were thus invited to perform on the set of the show “Do not touch My TV” on the C8 channel. Happy to find their audience, the three members of the group took advantage of this appearance on TV to make a big announcement: the release of a new song, entitled You should never have.

The day after his appearance on C8, AZ, whose real name is Hazdine Souiri, unfortunately had to regret having accepted the invitation since it cost him his job. Employed at the SNCF as a train controller, AZ was supposed to be on sick leave the day he put on his stage clothes to do the show on TV! The young man was unfortunately recognized as a work colleague who allegedly threw everything away… After a stint in the disciplinary council, AZ was then quickly fired by the SNCF.

The latter indicated through her lawyer that “no one knew about Hazdine Souiri’s musical career. Also, by searching a little, the company quickly discovered that the periods of its concerts and recordings corresponded.almost systematically during periods of absence due to illness“. The singer who decided to take legal action for unfair dismissal has just lost his case. The Lyon Court of Appeal ruled in favor of the SNCF in a decree issued on September 27. The courts considered that his activity with the Tragédie group was indeed professional and that he therefore committed a serious error by not declaring it to his employer.
