a Masterchef candidate crisscrosses the cities aboard her food truck

For only two months, the truck has been criss-crossing the countryside. With its bright colors, it does not go unnoticed. This is Clara and Alexis Galand’s food truck. The Masterchef candidate now cooks in a restricted area. “It changes from what I had during the show (…) I had a huge set (…) here it’s much more condensed”, describes Clara. She only serves homemade products and one specialty: pasta that she makes herself with her husband.

Her husband was already in the kitchen while Clara was an interior designer. She has always been passionate about cooking. They decided to leave Lyon (Rhône) to develop their activity in rural areas and the customers appreciate it. “There, we have it next to it, it’s pretty good, it’s a very good idea”, said a man. “They come to us so it’s much more fun”, continues his wife. Notoriety acquired during the show is a little extra.
