A theater in downtown Mariupol (Ukraine) was the target of bombardments on Wednesday March 16. The building housed civilians.

Wednesday, March 16, the inhabitants of Mariupol (Ukraine) can only see the damage. The theater is cut in two, devastated by the flames. Victim of a bombardment in the night, this building in the center of the city served as a shelter for hundreds of people according to the mayor: “The plane dropped a bomb on the building where hundreds of civilians were sheltering. It is impossible to establish the toll in the immediate future because the bombing of residential areas continues.“Moscow (Russia) denies this information this evening, accusing a Ukrainian nationalist battalion.

After two weeks of siege, the city of Mariupol is disfigured. In a hospital in the city center, between two bombings, the wounded flock. For lack of space, care must be taken in the corridors.
