A man was injured in a stabbing in the Saint-Henri district on Saturday.
The 42-year-old man was hit in the upper body following a possible altercation on rue Saint-Jacques near rue Saint-Philippe in the Sud-Ouest borough of Montreal around 4:10 a.m.
The victim was transported to the hospital center, but there is no fear for his life, indicated the agent of the Police Department of the City of Montreal, Véronique Comtois.
The scene was protected to allow investigators to establish the circumstances of the event.
