The Bergerac Criminal Court sentenced a 35-year-old man to two years in prison with reinforced probation on Monday, June 27 for sexual assault on his 5-year-old little niece. It was the little girl who alerted her mother after the attack on April 29 in Bergerac. The man took advantage of the absence of the mother, who had gone to the garden to attack his niece. The mother had denounced the thirty-year-old the same evening.
The court also condemns this man to an obligation of care, not to come into contact with the victim for five years and he does not have the right to practice a profession in contact with children and minors for ten years.
