One of the two suspects arrested after the murder of a man in Bourg-lès-Valence, in the Drôme, was indicted Sunday, October 31 for intentional homicide, reports Sunday evening France Bleu Drôme Ardeche. The 36-year-old man is a neighbor of the victim, a 58-year-old man found dead in the hallway of his apartment building, in front of his apartment, with several head wounds.

This is one of the two suspects placed in police custody after the murder of a man in Bourg-lès-Valence, avenue Georges-Brassens, on the night of Friday to Saturday. The thirty-something was indicted for intentional homicide and placed in pre-trial detention.

He denied what he was accused of in police custody, claiming that he was at his home at the time of the facts. This afternoon, before the examining magistrate, he remained silent. While this prime suspect resides on the second floor of the building, a neighbor saw him climb the stairs right after the murder, which took place on the first.

The other man arrested, aged 35, was released from custody at the end of the day on Sunday. He is exonerated at this stage of the investigation. On the night of the murder, the prime suspect contacted him by phone. Communication took place after the homicide. They had both been arrested in the hallways of the building.
