One of the two men placed in police custody as part of the investigation for possession of child pornography images targeting comedian Pierre Palmade is indicted and placed under judicial supervision, Saturday February 25, learned France Télévisions with the Paris prosecutor’s office. The second was released, the prosecution announced earlier today.
The prosecution also specified that the investigations would “to continue within the framework of an open judicial investigation of the heads of detention, dissemination of child pornography files and regular consultation of child pornography sites”.
The two men were heard as part of the investigation opened on February 18 after a report made to the police. The author of the report had been heard on Sunday February 19 for quite a long time by the investigators of the Brigade for the Protection of Minors (BPM), seized of this investigation.
