A firearm suicide took place in front of the pharmacy of Fors, south of Niort, this Friday, January 7, shortly after 3 p.m. A 51-year-old man ended his life at the parking lot according to the emergency services, he would have turned a shotgun-type weapon against him. Three people were shocked, including the victim’s wife and her son who then arrived at the scene. They were transported to Niort hospital. An investigation was opened by the gendarmerie.
