That evening, the police were called by the manager of a grocery store in Montfermeil (Seine-Saint-Denis). After 40 minutes of negotiations, the man tried to grab a police officer’s weapon, then hit and bit an official on the hand. 18 police officers are mobilized in total. Six of them use their Taser. After his death, the residents of the town were angry. The IGPN has been contacted.
