A 44-year-old man was arrested this Wednesday for possessing tens of thousands of child pornography photos on his computer. The police also discovered conversations with underage girls.

A 44-year-old man was arrested this Wednesday, September 27 in Saint-Just-d’Ardèche for possession of child pornography images, France Bleu Drôme Ardèche learned from consistent sources. Tens of thousands of child pornography photos were found on his computer.
Conversations with underage girls
The gendarmerie had been investigating for several weeks after being alerted by a computer repairman who had discovered the images on his client’s computer.
The man was arrested and placed in police custody, then presented to the Ardèche public prosecutor’s office. The police seized his computer equipment. Beyond the child pornography photos, they discovered conversations with underage girls from whom the man was trying to obtain naked photos of them.
The forty-year-old is being prosecuted in particular for possession, acquisition of child pornography images and attempted corruption of a minor. He is summoned to appear before the Privas criminal court on October 26.
