A man is on the run and “actively sought” after the discovery of the body of his ex-companion, on the night of Saturday June 25 to Sunday June 26 in Narbonne, learned franceinfo from a police source on Sunday, confirming information from AFP.
The young woman, aged 26, was found at the foot of her building by a friend at 12:10 am, rue Atlas, in Narbonne and had several knife wounds. She was stabbed in the neck and arm.
An investigation for aggravated homicide has been opened, the prosecution told AFP. The departmental security of Aude was seized.
