Shock wave at the Nanterre courthouse. Like our colleagues from Parisian revealed it, Tuesday, October 18, 2022, during the afternoon, a president of the judicial court died suddenly while she was in the middle of a hearing.
Only 44 years old, the magistrate was presiding over the hearing of the 16th chamber where the immediate appearances of the day were judged when she was struck down by a terrible heart attack which was fatal to her.
Indeed, despite the rapid intervention of the emergency services of the medical staff, the forties unfortunately died a few moments later, under the moved gaze of her colleagues.
“The people present – the prosecution, lawyers, clerk and police officers who provided security for the hearing – are obviously shocked. The emotion is very strong within the whole of the courthouse “has also entrusted one of them to the daily Le Parisien.
And to add: “People are shocked by this brutal death and by the attitude of the defendants, who were in the box”. The same source indicated that the defendants seemed, according to several witnesses, “to be delighted” that such a tragedy took place before their eyes… An investigation entrusted to the Territorial Directorate of Local Security (DTSPà) was opened to ensure the causes of this sudden death according to the prosecution.
