Since the broadcast of Kings of scam on Netflix, Marco Mouly
is an essential media figure. As a reminder, the documentary directed by Guillaume Nicloux highlighted the protagonists of various financial frauds, among whom Marco Mouly occupied a central place. Sentenced to eight years in prison for VAT fraudon carbon quotashis journey has fascinated a wide audience.
In September 2022, the latter also made the decision to tell his story in a book entitled The mare published by Harper Collins. This autobiographical story immersed readers in the twists and turns of his existence, from his involvement in fraudulent activities to his journey towards redemption.
However, the destiny of Marco Mouly experienced a new turning point on March 8 when the sentence enforcement judge decided to partially revoke the suspended sentence from which he benefited following a conviction pronounced in April 2019 for a fraud carried out by an organized gang in the 90’s.

Last Wednesday, the fifty-year-old went to the Paris court to begin a prison sentence of 18 months. Before his incarceration, he gave an interview to C Media on France 5. The opportunity for him to talk about the series Of money and blood broadcast on Canal +.
“For me, it’s the most horrible thing in the world because it provoked justice,” he confided before adding: “In the story of Silver and Blood, there is some truth and there is a lot of falsehood. From a small story, they made a big story.”

: “I never went to see a film with Ramzy. Do you realize how his life has changed compared to his films? OHe’s talked about as a star today. What were Eric and Ramzy? It was a louse before.
