A linen bread bag. (The Extraordinary)

Marion Dewar’s idea is very simple, to offer bread bags made 100% of flax grown in Anjou, her region, to replace paper: “Like many Frenchshe explains, I really like bread and I started from the observation that when you go to a bakery you mainly buy bread but also paper. This paper is disposable and on the scale of a year it is more than 18,000 tons of paper that we throw in the trash.” IThis bag is offered by “the extra-ordinary”

According to Marion Dewar, sourdough bread can save two or three additional days of conservation. There are several bag models, depending on the bread you are eating. A linen bread bag costs several tens of euros, but you can keep it for years. The company launched a year and a half ago and is beginning to forge partnerships with bakeries. She dreams of being bigger.
