Former Prime Minister Édouard Philippe was the guest of “4 Truths” of France 2, Wednesday, November 2. He notably returned to the legal repercussions of the management of Covid-19 on his government.

On the set of “4 Truths” of France 2, Wednesday, November 2, the former Prime Minister of Emmanuel Macron, Édouard Philippe, returned to his placement under the status of witness assisted by the Court of Justice of the Republic for putting in danger of the life of others and voluntary abstention from fighting a disaster as part of its management of the health crisis linked to Covid-19. “My objective is that all those who were placed under my authority […] be cleared of the charges against them”said Edouard Philippe.

Referring to the case of Agnès Buzyn, the former Prime Minister considered that the situation was “very unfair” for her, saying the former health minister had “took this crisis very seriously, from the start”. Édouard Philippe assured that Agnès Buzyn had all his support today. “I was the head of government and I assume all the responsibilities taken by all the members of my government”he said again, before insisting: “That’s what being a leader is: a leader does not discard on his subordinates. Never.”
