Talented actor and singer, Edu Del Prado died on June 23, 2018 at the age of 41. Revealed in the early 2000s thanks to his role in the Spanish series One, Back, Tres the man who had already released two solo albums before playing the character of César had subsequently formed with his comrades in fiction Miguel Angel Muñoz and Élisabeth Jordan, the trio UPA Dance.
Enjoying great popularity in Spain, Edu Del Prado was also very well known in France to the extent that the series A Very Back has long been broadcast on the W9 channel. As proof, in 2006, the man was even designated to join the gang of telecrochet coaches

… And 10 years later, in 2016, the man made his return to the first French channel, this time as candidate of the show The Voice.
A vocal performance following which the singer joined Florent Pagny’s team before being eliminated during the battles event. Since then, under the name Edu Engonga, the man continued to make a living from his passion by multiplying roles in musical comedies.

How did he die ?
As a reminder, shortly after the tragic death of the actor, our colleagues at La Vanguardirevealed that the disappearance of Edu Del Prado was due to pneumonia contracted after a serious illness. Later, his family confirmed that the actor had died in a hospital in his hometown (Valencia) after seven weeks in intensive care.
