A judicial investigation has been opened on suspicion of domestic violence targeting the deputy La France insoumise Adrien Quatennens, after the filing of a handrail by his wife, the Lille prosecutor’s office confirmed to franceinfo Monday, September 19.

The prosecution explains that it has “established for many years a proactive criminal policy for the treatment of domestic violence”.
