The facts date back to Thursday evening, in a squat on rue Alcide-Gabaret. A homeless woman in her forties has taken refuge there and is sleeping there. The man, drunk, wakes her up and asks her to leave. She refuses and is then beaten up: kicks and punches in the face. The intervention of the motorist put an end to this scene of violence and the woman was then taken care of by the emergency services.
The woman was hospitalized. She suffers from a facial fracture and another wrist fracture. She was prescribed 28 days of ITT (total interruption of work). “The man recognized the facts without explaining them”, indicates the font.
Until his trial on Tuesday, the man has been remanded to the La Roche-sur-Yon remand center.
