The alert is given shortly before 8 a.m., this Friday morning, by a walker. He has just discovered a body lying on the edge of a road, rue Henri Monnerais, in the Saint-Martin meadows. On their arrival, the firefighters, hired for a cardio-respiratory arrest, can only note the death: the man is in a state of rigor mortis, sign that it is too late. No attempt at resuscitation is made. According to the emergency services, the victim is a 38-year-old man, homeless.
