Father Fouras never ceases to test the teams that come to visit him in Fort Boyard. Indeed, this year, the production of the show has decided to offer him many assets to complicate the task of the candidates of the show hosted by Olivier Minne. After “The Secret Asset” And “the advantage of confrontation”now the man with the long white beard will pit two teams against each other this Saturday, July 22, 2023, as announced by our colleagues from Puremedia.
This is the first time since the show launched on July 7, 1990 that this has happened. Guillaume Ramain, the artistic producer of Fort Boyardgave details of this great novelty during an interview with our colleagues. “At the very beginning, when the candidates arrive at the Fort, Father Fouras announces to them that in reality, the two captains will compete to compose their team from now on. This has slightly destabilized them”he noted.

Two teams compete for two associations
A draw will determine which of Nicole Ferroni or Pef will be able to constitute his “team” first. “Then, it’s a bit like in primary school, during sports lessons or football games at recess, they will choose a teammate each in turn”explains Guillaume Ramain.
Throughout the show, the two teams will compete to obtain as many clues as possible and decipher the code word: “Then they will all go to the council to save time. But this time they will not face Father Fouras’ time masters, the two teams will face each other.” A major change that destabilized the candidates.
Caroline Margeridon, interviewed by our colleagues from Gala, notably expressed his surprise at the announcement of Father Fouras. Already, the day before, the flea market ofDeal done suspected that something fishy was brewing. “On the eve of filming, I realize that there are eight of us. Normally, there are six of us on Fort Boyard. This year, the production played a trick on us by putting us eight against eight”she confided to our colleagues.
