Between Easter and chocolate, it’s a long love story. “It’s a moment when you seek, you find and then you can taste”, confides a young amateur.
About thirty kilometers away, particular care is taken with the ballotins and the selection of artisan chocolate makers who provide the food. “I travel, I go to see the craftsmen with whom I work, I see how they work”, explains Geraldine Leisuremanager of Passion chocolat. In recent years, gourmets are particularly fond of the local. While waiting for the bells and the egg race on Monday April 18, Easter remains a highlight of the year for all chocolate artisans.
