A golden ticket for “Symphonic Harmonium”

The concert Stories Without Words – Symphonic Harmonium obtained a golden ticket, ADISQ thus certifying the sale of more than 50,000 tickets.

This distinction, which is always accompanied by a commemorative plaque, will be given to the craftsmen of the production on the set of the cultural magazine Sweety saltyepisode which will be broadcast on Tuesday, June 13, at 6:30 p.m., on TVA.

The certification relates to the sale of tickets for the three components, namely The original creation, The pure symphony And The high masswhich have been presented since spring 2022 in Trois-Rivières, Montreal and Quebec.

There are two occasions left to see this concert, either The pure symphony in acoustic format and without amplification, with performances by the greats Luce Dufault and Kim Richardson. Performed by the Orchester symphonique de Montréal, the Chœur des Petits Chanteurs de Laval and guitarist Sylvain Quesnel under the direction of conductor Dina Gilbert, this event will be offered at the Maison symphonique de la Place des Arts, in Montreal, on Thursday, June 8 at 7:30 p.m., Friday, June 9 at 2:30 and 7:30 p.m. and Saturday, June 10 at 2:30 and 7:30 p.m. Then the Grand Théâtre de Québec will host the same event performed by the Orchester symphonique de Québec, the Chœur Les Rhapsodes and guitarist Sylvain Quesnel under the direction of conductor Dina Gilbert on Thursday, June 15 at 8 p.m., Friday, June 16 at 8 p.m. and Saturday, June 17, at 2 p.m. 8 p.m.

As for The high masswhich is inspired by the album Stories Without Words – Symphonic Harmonium Arranged by Simon Leclerc, the show takes a look at the atmosphere of communion emanating from Harmonium concerts of the time, it was pointed out.

The concerts will first be offered at Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré Church on Thursday, October 12 at 8 p.m., Friday, October 13 at 8 p.m. and Saturday, October 14 at 8 p.m., all performed by the Orchester symphonique de Québec, guitarist Sylvain Quesnel and the Chœur Les Rhapsodes under the direction of conductor Dina Gilbert. For the occasion, Kim Richardson and Judi Richards will be there to deliver vocal performances.

The same proposal will be offered afterwards at Saint-Jean-Baptiste Church in Montreal on Thursday, November 16 at 7:30 p.m., Friday, November 17 at 7:30 p.m. and Saturday, November 18 at 7:30 p.m. carried by the Orchester symphonique de Montréal, guitarist Sylvain Quesnel and the Chœur des Petits Chanteurs de Laval under the direction of conductor Dina Gilbert. Kim Richardson and Luce Dufault will add their voices to the ensemble.
