A farmer from Florimont-Gaumier in Périgord Noir discovered this Saturday, January 29 on his truffle a nice size mushroom. The tuber melanosporum showed on the scale 1,380 kg. A discovery made with two friends, in this truffle plantation planted ten years ago and which is producing for the first time.
Found by a young dog
“This nice sized truffle was found by a friend’s young lagoto romagnollo explains Eric Duclaud farmer and owner of the truffle.
