A frontal impact happened this Wednesday after 7 p.m. on the departmental 759 in Saint-Léger-de-Montbrun near Thouars. A violent collision as evidenced by the images. A 30-year-old man, driver of one of the vehicles, was seriously injured and transported by helicopter to the University Hospital of Poitiers. His vital prognosis is not engaged.

Two other people were injured more lightly. His passenger, a 29-year-old man, was transported to CHNDS. The driver of the other car, a 59-year-old woman, was incarcerated but she was taken in relative urgency to Poitiers, the emergency services said.
A DETOUR was set up on departmental 759, the road that connects Thouars and Loudun during the relief operations. 14 firefighters were mobilized on this accident.
