A fourth straight victory for the Flames

(Newark) A 4-0 lead after 12:56 in the first period, the Calgary Flames went on to their fourth straight win, winning 5-2 over the New Jersey Devils on Tuesday.



Andrew Mangiapane scored twice and Elias Lindholm scored on the power play, after Milan Lucic sounded the charge at 6:35.

Matthew Tkachuk also hit the nail on the head, while Dan Vladar blocked 27 pucks.

A sixth-round pick in 2015, Mangiapane has scored in each of his five away games this season.

The Flames will complete a five-game trip Thursday night to Pittsburgh.

Pavel Zacha (twice) and Dawson Mercer were the goalscorers for New Jersey.

Nico Daws has flanked three times in seven shots, in his second career start. Scott Wedgewood then made 20 saves.
