The local Communist Party in the 13th arrondissement of Paris was tagged with an inscription “Traitor PCF” in red on the wall of the building, reports Fabien Roussel, the PCF candidate for the presidential election on Friday March 18. The facts occurred between midnight and 9 a.m., according to the local section of the Communist Party in the 13th arrondissement of Paris, since activists were present before and after.
