A fifth person was arrested Tuesday morning and taken into police custody, as part of the investigation into the attack on a police officer with a knife on Monday morning at dawn in Cannes, franceinfo learned from a close source of the file Wednesday, November 10.
On Wednesday morning, four people are in custody, including three since Monday evening, who are part of the suspect’s entourage. The suspect’s custody was interrupted on Tuesday due to his state of health.
The parquet of Grasse let know Wednesday morning in a press release that “The alleged perpetrator of the knife attack on a police patrol at the Cannes police station comes out of a surgical operation.
