A new peacekeeper was injured in southern Lebanon, the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) announced on Saturday October 12. She specifies that the latter was hit by a bullet, which “the origin has not yet been determined”. Friday evening, “a peacekeeper was hit by fire while a military action took place not far from the UNIFIL HQ in Ras al-Naqoura”according to a press release.
