a few days after the birth of their son, the couple in turmoil, complaint filed and serious charges!

On June 5, Nabilla once again knew the joy of giving life by giving birth to her second little boy with the sublime first name: Leyann. She and Thomas Vergara are swimming again in full happiness except that a few days earlier, it was anger that invaded the couple. The fault of a scam on the part of a real estate agency according to the words of the young mother. Looking for an apartment in Paris to be able to give birth close to her family, the pretty brunette shared a funny misadventure on her social networks.

“The agency looked serious. The person on the phone, the same. I had the photo of this person. We had a contract that was between the agency and me. […] One of the women who works in the apartment told us that it belongs to people who do not want to rent at all”she explained, assuring that she had had to pay a certain amount of money for the apartment in question when she had never set foot there… However, things would not have happened as suggested Nabilla.

The other version

Indeed Olivier Tomas, the president and founder of the agency The Address, was contacted by our colleagues from TV Magazine a few days ago and wanted to clarify the situation: “I was in contact, and I still am, with their assistant, with whom things were going well. We both did a lot of work to find the apartment they wanted”he explains first before adding: “So I contacted a fellow real estate agent and concierge who offered me an apartment that Nabilla’s assistant and Nabilla herself really liked. We made her reservation with the owner”. The owner in question finally making the choice to retract before granting the rental to the couple.

Following this, Olivier Tomas would therefore have had to find another accommodation for Nabilla and Thomas but would never have had any answers from them. Worse still, a friend of the young mother allegedly “screamed at him to ask him to reimburse the money paid with, in addition, double the amount in damages”. He would also have received “a telephone message, with supporting photos, from Nabilla’s husband with death threats against me, my collaborators and my children. He told me that he had paid 15,000 euros from people to put a contract on our heads. Things of mad !”. Faced with this situation, the real estate agent decided to file a complaint against the couple: “At the moment, Nabilla has not been reimbursed for her payment and will not be until we have a written and signed agreement. I obviously have no problem returning this money to her, that’s all completely normal but I do not agree to pay her 20,000 euros more. I also want her to make a correction on her social networks”.
