A restaurant employee in Essey-les-Nancy (Meurthe-et-Moselle) is suspected of having stabbed his boss several times, reports France Bleu Sud Lorraine on Wednesday October 12. The man was arrested during the day.
The attack took place this Wednesday noon, during lunch time, in a Burger King restaurant. The 24-year-old employee stabbed his boss several times in the chest. Despite his injuries, the victim “will continue to work”, according the prosecutor of Nancy François Pérain.
He is pointing out that “the scene was recorded by a restaurant camera”. The man is taken into custody. An investigation is opened for “attempted assassination”. Still according to the prosecution, an old dispute exists between the two men: “The suspect had already resigned from his job and eventually asked to be rehired.”
