Season 18 of the show Love is in the meadow at his best. In the episode which will be broadcast this Monday, October 9, 2023, viewers will be able to discover the rest of the amorous adventures of the farmers and in particular of Charles and Véronique who seem more in love than ever. As a reminder, if Véronique had fallen under Charles’s spell upon discovering his portrait, she had nevertheless decided not to write to him, particularly because he is a divorced father… and to sign a letter to Patrice, a producer of beets from Normandy.
Despite this, the two young people ended up meeting again when Charles came to visit the man who became his friend… After a few hours spent together, the farmer and the young woman spoke by telephone and finally decided to to see each other again. As soon as she arrived at the farm, Véronique threw herself into the arms of her new lover for a fiery kiss. “It was obvious we were kissing! she exclaimed.
The farmer then gave his suitor a tour of the premises and showed her the first floor of his house. “I changed the bed. I made a bed, for times you wanted to come and sleep there. I didn’t know if you were going to come downstairs with me. That will depend on you. Know that the bed is ready there, if you want to sleep there” did he declare. And Véronique answers: “We’ll see tonight. It might not be the guest room. Maybe not”.
When the evening came, the two lovebirds couldn’t help but flirt. In the trailer for the upcoming episode, we indeed discover that they spent the night together. “What happened happened” laughs Charles. “Um 3, 4 times I don’t know” outbid Véronique. And to conclude: “We are accomplices on all levels, yes on this one…”.
