As he prepares to go on tour throughout France from the start of the school year, for the time being, Frederic Francois has his nose in the paperwork! And for good reason, according to France Sunday, the 73-year-old singer would have made the decision to sell his house located in Antibes on the Côte d’Azur. A home that the interpreter of “I love you Italian style” offered himself twenty years ago and from which he now wishes to separate.
According to our colleagues, the artist has already entrusted the sale of his property to a real estate agency specializing in high-end properties.
A house put up for sale for the price of three million euros and that fans of Frédéric François know well since the clip for “To all those we love” was shot in the house in question.

A decision to put his villa up for sale, which takes place barely two months beforeon May 22, Frédéric François was summoned before the industrial tribunal of Boulogne-sur-Mer. The reason ? A fan who had become friends with the artist who had become one of his collaborators had decided to take legal action to have the existence of an employment contract recognized.
The latter then claimed salary arrears over a period of three years, the maximum possible duration. “It’s no secret, my client worked for Frédéric François’ production company, organizing his concerts, his clips, maintaining the official Facebook page for many years”, had assured the daily Nord Littoral the lawyer of Pas-de-Calaisien, who is none other than Tiphaine Auzière, the daughter of Brigitte Macron.
And to add: “There was no declaration on hiring, nor payment of the related salaries. The court will appreciate. For the concealed work, we filed a criminal complaint”. It now remains to be seen whether the sale of Frédéric François’ house in Antibes is linked to the court decision which has not yet been made public…
