A 45-year-old man well known to the courts was arrested this Friday, June 3 by the police in Coulounieix-Chamiers because he had hit his sister, in particular with a broom, reports the Périgueux police station. He kicked her in the legs and in the hand, seriously injuring her. The victim was prescribed fifteen days of ITT.
1.28 grams of alcohol in the blood
The facts took place at the home of the forties, who has been hosting his sister for a few months at his home rue Albert Camus in Coulounieix-Chamiers. When the police intervened around 7 p.m., he already had 1.28 grams of alcohol in his blood. The man has already been convicted of acts of violence and is a repeat offender.
Placed in custody by the police, he was presented to the Périgueux prosecutor’s office and released with a summons to court on October 3. In the meantime, he is placed under judicial supervision and is prohibited from coming into contact with the victim.
