Félix Bingui was wanted in particular for criminal conspiracy, murder, and escape. He is one of the largest French drug traffickers. Aged 33, he was born in Alès, in Gard, and had been on the run since July 2023. He was nicknamed “the cat”. This man headed a network of drug traffickers, established for years in the Cité Paternelle in Marseille (Bouches-du-Rhône). The name of the clan: Yoda, one of the most powerful gangs in the Marseille city, of which the man had taken the lead in a dazzling manner.

“Very clever”

“He started with burglaries, and then slowly, he moved into drug trafficking and settling scores. He is very intelligent”, details Bruno Bartocetti, national secretary Unity-SGP FO. This clan is also known for its rivalry with the DZ Mafia gang. This war left 40 dead last year in Marseille.
