Six people were mowed down – including one fatally – by a motorist on Sunday, October 23, at the flea market inEPhonein Morbihan, reports France Bleu Armorique. According to the first elements of the investigation, the driver – who was not driving particularly fast – lost control of his car.
The accident took place in the middle of the afternoon. A man aged over 80 lost control of his vehicle near the flea market organized in the town ofEPhone. The car finally entered the area made pedestrian for the occasion before mowing down six people.
One of the pedestrians – 86 years old – died. The five others, injured, were transported to the hospital in relative emergency. An investigation is underway.
