Quebecer Maude-Aimée Leblanc tied her first lap of the LPGA Bank of Hope Tournament on Wednesday in Las Vegas.

The 33-year-old golfer took on South Korean Jeongeun Lee. Late after the first six holes, Leblanc collected birdies on the seventh and tenth flags, in addition to scoring an eagle on the par-five on the ninth hole. Her opponent came back strong afterwards, but hit the ball six times in the 16th, which allowed the representative of La Belle Province to level the score.
Leblanc is the only Canadian participating in this competition.
