Preparing for a pregnancy and living it as healthily as possible also means adopting good habits: the consumption of tobacco and alcohol is to be avoided as we know that the months of pregnancy are essential for the development of the baby.
Also be vigilant when using certain cosmetics since we know that they will penetrate the skin and therefore reach the baby’s placenta. Or even prepare the room of the child to come well before his arrival so that the toxic substances have time to evaporate.
So many practical tips gathered on this first Day of the pregnant woman, Promenade du Paillon in Nice this Saturday, September 24 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Because each year around 4,000 children are born in the Baie des Anges, this day, which is undoubtedly eagerly awaited, will be followed by the opening of a House for the first 1,000 days on Avenue de la Californie. This day of Saturday is the first stone.
