A chef from Haute-Vienne embarks on tourism in the Creuse. Franck Thety ran restaurants for fifteen years and he decided to leave aside the restrictive schedules of this environment to take off. This 40-year-old created a boat trip company, Adimillestour, last summer. It offers “tasting” walks in small groups (12 people maximum) on Lake Vassivière, with the tasting of local products.
