Maéva and Tom Take Action Against Hélène

At the art gallery, Maéva confides her concerns about Hélène to Alix, suspecting that Hélène’s encounter with them was no coincidence, especially as they were contemplating an abortion. Alix, who knows Hélène well, agrees that she is capable of anything. Maéva mentions that Thaïs suggested they file a complaint for obstruction of abortion, and Alix enthusiastically supports this decision.

Shortly after their discussion, Maéva contacts Tom to share her thoughts. Together, they decide to proceed with filing a complaint against Hélène, hoping to prevent her from interfering with other women’s choices.

Meanwhile, Hélène receives a new case file from the director of the association. Feeling guilty about not being able to save Maéva’s pregnancy, she reluctantly accepts the new assignment.

Elsewhere, Maéva and Tom arrive at the police station to file their complaint. Although Élise believes them, she cautions that proving obstruction of abortion is challenging and requires concrete evidence. She warns them that it will be a case of word against word in court, leaving the couple feeling disheartened.

On a different note, Nicolas hands Alix the keys to his apartment, inviting her to visit anytime. Although taken aback, Alix joyfully accepts and shares a kiss with him.

Later, Thaïs catches Élise browsing the anti-abortion association’s website. Thaïs expresses her disbelief at how well-crafted the site is, noting its misleading information that guides vulnerable women. Angered by this manipulation, she is reminded by Élise to maintain a level-headed approach in her role as a police officer. Élise suspects that Hélène’s path crossed with Tom and Maéva deliberately and believes someone may have breached medical confidentiality, prompting her to investigate further.

By the end of the day, Élise contacts Hélène, asking her to come to the station due to the complaint filed against her for obstruction of abortion.

Marc Ends Things with Marie-Sophie

After an overnight stay at Carine’s, Léonor heads to Marc’s place to collect some belongings. Despite acknowledging his mistakes, Marc believes their relationship deserves another chance. However, Léonor realizes that he no longer loves her and wishes he had the strength to communicate this openly.

Later, Léonor confides in Carine about her conversation with Marc. While Carine assures her that she can stay as long as needed, Léonor feels anxious about embarking on a new chapter alone. Carine reassures her, confident that she will eventually find new love.

Simultaneously, Marc informs Marie-Sophie that he is ending his relationship with Léonor. After she apologizes, Marie-Sophie suggests grabbing a drink to lift his spirits, but Marc declines. Her disappointment is palpable, even as she tries to mask it.

Upon returning home, Sohann is surprised to find Marie-Sophie not staying out as planned. As the tension escalates, Marie-Sophie reveals her intention to sell their house, but Sohann firmly opposes the idea.
