The Olympique de Marseille Foundation (OM Fondation) has announced that it will be collecting donations for the Ukrainian people during the next matches at the Vélodrome stadium, France Bleu Provence reported on Saturday March 5. The first collection will take place this Sunday, during the match between Marseille and AS Monaco.

The OM Foundation wants to collect clothes, blankets, hygienic products. Two collection points will be set up in front of the Ganay and Jean-Bouin entrances to the Vélodrome stadium, from Sunday evening. This operation will be repeated during the matches against Basel on Thursday March 10 and against Nice on March 20. Club volunteers will be mobilized to collect donations.
On Friday March 4, Olympique de Marseille announced that its stadium would be illuminated in the colors of Ukraine before the start of each match, until the end of the war.
